  • Full detailing services apply to one vehicle per appointment. To maximize results, share your top priorities with your technician at check-in.

Arrival Window & Vehicle Access

  • Our team may arrive within a reasonable window due to traffic or prior job delays. Real-time SMS updates will keep you informed.
  • Vehicle access and keys are required for us to perform services safely.
  • If access is unavailable upon arrival, rescheduling may be necessary.

Final Inspection & Customer Satisfaction

  • At the end of your detailing service, your technician will walk you through the results to confirm your satisfaction.
  • If you are unavailable, we encourage follow-up communication to address concerns within 24 hours.
  • Your input ensures your vehicle meets Gemstar Detailing’s high standards.

Payment Terms & Authorization

  • Payment is due immediately after service via credit/debit card or cash.
  • By booking, you authorize Gemstar Detailing to charge the card on file in accordance with our booking and cancellation policies.
  • All services are final and reflect technician expertise, effort, and premium service standards.

Mobile Detailing Access Requirements

  • For mobile appointments, access to water and electricity is required.
  • If these resources are unavailable and service cannot be completed, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Shop Storage & Pickup Policy

  • Vehicles should be picked up promptly after detailing completion.
  • Gemstar Detailing reserves limited indoor space for active appointments only to maintain schedule efficiency.

Pre-Existing Conditions & Liability

  • All vehicles are inspected for pre-existing damage before detailing.
  • Gemstar Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage.
  • Any issues arising during service will be communicated immediately to ensure transparency.

Media & Marketing Use

  • By booking, you grant Gemstar Detailing permission to photograph your vehicle for marketing or training purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
